Biography & Background
Christopher Dadoo supports Green Real Estate’s senior management across a $30M+ real estate portfolio, contributing to property oversight, financial reporting, and investment evaluation. He analyzes property performance, prepares financial reports, and helps assess new investment opportunities, while also assisting with annual budget forecasting, personnel planning, and maintenance operations.
Christopher also helped launch the firm’s Mission Ready Housing Initiative, a leasing program designed for military families, veterans, and first responders in Fairfax County, Spotsylvania County, and surrounding areas. He researched the barriers service members face in conventional leasing, such as deployments, relocation orders, and non-traditional income, and helped design a streamlined application process that cuts review time from 5–7 business days to 48 hours.
Through this work, Christopher is gaining hands-on experience in real estate investment, asset management, and community-focused housing solutions.
